Final proofs of the new recipe book by Emily Jane of Emily Jane's Foods have been ordered. This revolutionary book in terms of putting science into healthy but delicious food will have a publication date of second of April 2012. Whiteley Publishing will be producing both hardback and paperback versions of this book. This is in response to market research which shows that many people, whilst cooking, prefer a hardback book which will stay open as the recipes are being followed.
